Frind Estate Midnight Type_Blonde Ale though not without the molassesMade with 100% Marechal Foch grapes harvested from Frind's Home Block Vineyard in West Kelowna, BC. Marechal Foch is a hardy grape that is able to withstand the cooler temperatures from the base of Mt. Boucherie and a high water table just feet from the edge of Okanagan Lake. Bright fruit notes of cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by rich mocha flavours. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 9 months; 30% French and 70% American oak.
